Cheesy Potatoes


I think alot of people have their own variation of this recipe, but this happens to be my Mom's.
Ingredients:
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 cup melted butter
1 can cream of chicken
1 pint sour cream
1/2 - 1 cup diced onion
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
1. Mix all the above ingredients and pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
2. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.


Topping:
3 Tablespoons melted butter
1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes



Mix butter and corn flakes, sprinkle over hot potatoes and bake another 15 minutes.
