2 cans cream of chicken
1 soup can milk
3-4 chicken breasts
rice or egg noodles
salt & pepper
1. Cook chicken, I usually boil mine. Cube into bite size pieces.
2. Whisk together cream of chicken and milk. Pour into large skillet over med-low heat.
3. Add chicken to gravy mixture. Let it cook about 5 minutes over med-low heat, or until warm throughout. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve over rice or noodles.
This recipe is one my mom always made growing up. It is super easy and kids love it!
