Spinach & Artichoke Dip

1 14oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
1/3 cup Romano cheese, grated
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 10oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1. In a food processor/blender, place artichoke hearts, Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic. Chop it but don't grind it. Set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, mix spinach, heavy cream, sour cream, and Mozzarella.
3. Stir in artichoke mixture.
4. Place in an 8x8 baking dish and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serve hot!
