2 ripe avocados
1 lemon, juiced
1 large garlic clove. minced
1/2 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
1 plum tomato, seeded and diced
1/2 small yellow onion, diced
1 teaspoon coarse salt (I used sea salt)

1. Cut avocados in half and spoon the flesh into a bowl.
2. Add all remaining ingredients.
3. Mash and mix ingredients with a fork until desired consistency is reached.
